How long are the walks?

Most clients choose either 30-minute or 60-minute walks. Puppies and senior dogs usually benefit from shorter, gentler outings, while energetic breeds enjoy the full hour.

Do you walk more than one dog at a time?

Yes — but only with your permission. Dogs are carefully matched by size, temperament, and energy levels to ensure safe, social walks. Solo walks are also available if you prefer.

Do you walk dogs off-lead?

Only with your written permission and in safe, enclosed areas. Dogs are never let off-lead without your explicit approval.

What if the weather is bad?

Walks go ahead in most weather, but during extreme heat, storms, or icy conditions, plans are adjusted to keep dogs safe — such as shorter walks or indoor play visits.

What areas do you cover?

We cover the local neighborhoods within approximately a 5-mile radius. If you’re outside this area, please get in touch — we may still be able to help.

Are you insured and DBS checked?

Yes. The service is fully insured and holds an up-to-date DBS certificate, giving you peace of mind that your pets are in safe hands.
